Patrick Guarasci began his career working for Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle and soon after with Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett. His early experiences in these significant roles in a pivotal swing state shaped his passion for public service and large-scale political strategy.

Patrick has worked with an impressive array of political figures including presidents, governors, senators, and congresspeople, but one of his most notable roles was as the general consultant for Janet Protaciewicz's historic campaign for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. This campaign highlighted his deep understanding of the political landscape and his ability to drive successful strategies in high-stakes environments.

In founding G. Strategies, Patrick aimed to tackle complex challenges across political, nonprofit, and socially responsible entrepreneurship sectors. Colleagues often jest that he started the firm to collaborate with individuals smarter than himself—a testament to his commitment to team-driven success.

His expertise in national fundraising has led him to work with transformative leaders like Stacey Abrams, focusing on crucial issues like voting rights and voter access. His efforts continued as he took on the role of lead national fundraising consultant for Stacey Abrams during her 2018 gubernatorial campaign.

Beyond his political achievements, Patrick is deeply involved with innovative nonprofits and ventures ranging from entrepreneurs and start-ups to venture funds and accelerators, all sharing the ambition to change the world.

Patrick is a graduate of Northfield Mount Hermon School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Macalester College. He also earned a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and has contemplated returning to academia to complete a doctorate focused on the executive power of presidents, governors, and mayors.
